Amir Valle Ojeda (Guantánamo, Cuba, January 6, 1967).
Author, journalist, literary critic, and essayist.
Pen name: Amir Valle.
Degree in Journalism from the University of Havana (Havana, Cuba).
Until his departure from Cuba in October 2005 was a member of the National Union of Cuban Writers and Artists (UNEAC), Union of Cuban Journalists (UPEC), and the Cuban Association of Publicists and Propagandists (ACPP).
He is also a member of the International Association of Detective Novel Writers (AIEP).
Presently he directs the publication of OtroLunes-Revista Hispanoamericana de Cultura, a Spanish American Journal of Culture.
Since 2006 he has been living in Berlin, Germany.
